Orders are posted within 2-3 business days following payment clearance

Lisa Bate Studio is not responsible for additional charges from customs, import duties or taxes etc applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. Any fees are the responsibility of the customer
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (please ensure your delivery and contact details are correct)
Pick Up
If you would prefer to collect your item and pay a bank deposit you are welcome to contact us to arrange a convenient time to pick up from the studio. We are based in South Auckland

Packaging
Care is taken to reduce environmental footprint
~ paper or reused plastic wrap packaging materials are chosen
~ packaging has been chosen to make sure your products are securely packaged and they arrive safely
Your item will be wrapped and packed thoroughly for transit to ensure it does not get damaged
Damages
If your item does arrive damaged please contact the shipment carrier to make a claim. Take photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Email us as soon as possible with the order number and tracking number, so we can work together to resolve the problem
Items are handcrafted and almost always 'one of a kind' therefore replacing the item might not be possible
All items are handmade with great care and attention to detail
Returns / Exchange
Almost all the pieces are handmade and ‘one of a kind’ so cancelling the order or return for refunds are not possible if you change your mind
A repair might be possible, please contact us with images
Shipping costs are always non-refundable

Handling & Care
Hold onto glass items tight and with care when selecting a place to hang or display
Glass balls can blister or crack if they fall from height or hit a hard surface
Glass items are not for children and should be kept out of reach
Mobile wires can be re-shaped if they have distorted slightly during transit by gently bending
